This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which projects and services provided by Awais IT Services may be canceled by either the client or Awais IT Services.
2. Client Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project at any time by providing written notice via email or another agreed communication method.

If work has not yet started, the project may be canceled without additional charges. Any refund of advance payments will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If work has already begun, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
3. Cancellation by Awais IT Services
Awais IT Services reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project if:

The client fails to make required payments.

The client does not provide the information or materials needed to complete the project.

The client requests activities that are unlawful or violate applicable regulations.

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from completing the project.
Where appropriate, any eligible refund will be determined in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Project Suspension
Projects may be placed on hold if the client does not respond or provide required feedback for an extended period. Extended delays may require a revised project schedule or additional charges.
5. Third-Party Services
Fees paid for third-party services, including domain registrations, web hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, or similar services, are generally non-refundable because they are subject to the policies of the respective providers.
6. Refunds After Cancellation
Any refund following cancellation will be assessed based on:

The amount of work completed.

Expenses already incurred.

Payments made to third-party service providers.
Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
