1. Acceptance

By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Awais IT Services provides IT-related services including, but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development

• Software Development

• Graphic Design

• Digital Marketing

• Computer Repair & Maintenance

• IT Support and Consulting

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change if the project scope changes after approval.

• Additional work requested by the client will be charged separately.

4. Payment Terms

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required before work begins.

• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

5. Project Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and required information.

• Delays caused by the client may extend the project completion date.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and required materials on time.

• Review completed work promptly.

• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in the project proposal. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the completed project will transfer to the client only after full payment has been received. Awais IT Services reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

9. Confidentiality

All client information and project data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without permission, except where required by law.

10. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Refund requests will be reviewed based on the stage of project completion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Awais IT Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

12. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software, hosting providers, domain registrars, or external platforms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. The client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
