At Awais IT Services, we strive to provide high-quality IT services and customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Service-Based Business

As we primarily provide digital and IT services, including website development, software development, graphic design, digital marketing, IT support, and consulting, these services generally cannot be returned once they have been delivered.

3. Advance Payments

• Advance payments are required before work begins.

• Once work has started, advance payments are non-refundable, as they cover planning, labor, and project resources.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

• Awais IT Services is unable to begin the project within the agreed timeframe for reasons within our control.

• We cancel the project before any work has started.

• Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before substantial work has been completed.

Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting the value of work already completed and any applicable expenses.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed or delivered projects

• Custom software or website development

• Graphic design work after delivery

• Digital marketing services already performed

• Domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, or other third-party purchases

• Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information or approvals

6. Revisions

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we will provide revisions as agreed in the original project scope. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation at any time. If work has already started, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

• Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
